Mary Rose Lloyd


Mary Rose Lloyd is the Director of Programming for The New Victory Theater. Mary has served on the Boards of Directors for both TYA/USA and the INTERNATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS FOR YOUTH. She has an MFA in Arts Management from the Yale School of Drama and is a frequent juror and panelist at various conferences and events in the field of theater for young audiences.


Manuel Moran




Manuel Moran is originally from Puerto Rico. From an early age, he has been working in professional theatre and television as a performer, puppeteer, writer, composer, director and producer in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, México and the United States. He is the founder and CEO/Executive Director of the award winning Society of the Educational Arts, Inc. (SEA), one of the leading bilingual Arts-in-Education organization and the premiere Latino Theatre Company for young audiences in the United States. Teatro SEA, now in its 14th  successful season, is the only and first Professional Latino Children’s Theatre in the US.
He holds a B.A. in Humanities and Drama from the University of Puerto Rico, a M.A. in Educational and Musical Theatre from New York University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Theatre from New York University. Dr. Morán has also studied at Temple University in Philadelphia, Holborn Center/NYU in London, and The Menéndez Pelayo University in Santander, Spain. He has received many prestigious awards and citations for his artistic & community work.
